Jesup Police arrested and charged Eddie Dean Harriman, 51, of Waterloo. Harriman was charged with Driving While License Barred (Serious Misdemeanor). Harriman was also cited for fraudulent use of registration, operating a non registered vehicle, No proof of insurance, and a speed violation. This arrest was made following a traffic stop at the intersection of Hawkeye Road and South Street.
