Jesup Police arrested and charged Bill Dean Bond, 45, of Independence. Bond was charged with first offense Operating While Intoxicated (serious misdemeanor) and Interference with Official Acts (simple misdemeanor). This arrest was made following a traffic stop at the intersection of V-71 and D-22.
