Jesup Police arrested Tracy Ann Bakkum (43) of Jesup for Driving While License Suspended (DWLS) for Non-Payment of Iowa Fine. Bakkum, having been recognized by an officer and known to be suspended, was stopped on South Street (westbound) near Hawkeye Road. Bakkum was driving a Black Nissan Frontier, Iowa license 575WWL. Bakkum had two withdrawals in effect on her license for non-payment of Iowa fine, dated 9/28/11. Bakkum was also cited for No Proof of Current Insurance. Shortly after her arrest, arrangements were made to have her truck moved from the roadway. Bakkum was transported to Buchanan County Jail for booking.
